We recently had the opportunity to work with our long-time friends on this exciting new project that just opened up in mid-town Ventura, CA. When we were approached with the project, it was an easy yes. Nothing says welcome to California, come drink some coffee with us, like this amazing coffee shop. With modern vibes, it's the perfect blend between owners Corban and Raquel Campbell and their creative styles.
Abrego Design helped build out all the wood furniture including a built-in bench with coffee table, the 'swoop bar-bench' and cafe tables, waterfall bench, saloon doors, display case and back bar shelving. One of the greatest parts of the project was building all the custom swoops and curves that gives this place a unique feel. The existing bones of the building needed just a little TLC, and just adding a few furniture pieces and design details helped to brighten it up.
This coffee shop is all about community with many small local business contributing to its decor, food and beverage choices. Go check out the new digs and sit down with some friends in the nook. Say hello for us.... if we aren't already there enjoying an oat milk latte!
